Impact:
Please be advised that we will be performing infrastructure maintenance on the GDC screening service within Third-Party Manager (TPM). This work is planned for Saturday, March 7, with an expected GDC screening downtime of approximately 3 hours in each region during the migration cutover phase.

During this window, the GDC screening flow will be impacted:
GDC screening will be temporarily unavailable.
New screenings will not return GDC hits.

Note:
During this window, all other TPM capabilities — other models and flows, and the rest of the application — will remain available and are expected to operate as normal.

Once maintenance is complete, GDC screening will resume normal operation.

Technical overview:
We are migrating the GDC screening search to a new OpenSearch infrastructure to improve performance and reliability.

What do you need to do?:
If your processes rely on GDC screening results, please plan to perform screening-dependent activities outside of the scheduled maintenance windows.
You may continue to use the TPM application for other actions that do not depend on GDC screening during this time.

Scheduled - Please be advised that Diligent will be performing its regular monthly patching maintenance across the enterprise this weekend. This maintenance window will run from Friday through Sunday.

After patching is complete, we will conduct rolling application restarts between 10:00 PM and 2:00 AM in each data center’s local time zone. This will begin with Australia at 10:00 PM(7:00 AM EST).

During this period, some products may experience brief, intermittent interruptions in service, but we do not anticipate any extended outages. Our teams will closely monitor all systems throughout the maintenance to minimize impact and ensure services are restored quickly if interruptions occur.
