On the 8th of March, 2023, All Canadian sites were down on iCompass server. All webservers were restarted which fixed the issue.
As per the detailed root cause analysis, similar problems were reported on March 15 and on March 20 with iCompass Canada sites. Investigations performed by Diligent and by infrastructure cloud provider found that the problem happened due to networking problems, which was caused by failover issues after planned hardware maintenance activities (faulty power supply's replacement).
Diligent is working on robustness improvements for iCompass application, to better tolerate network failures.
