Investigating

SSO sign-in may currently not work globally. As a workaround, users should go to their Entities site URL and they will be automatically redirected to SSO, or they may need to click 'Sign in with SSO' to be redirected. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. The team is working on a fix with priority.
